• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games.

CK 444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account balances are subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ৳50 after the 12-month period, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason, your remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any applicable verification checks.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any ck 444 content without prior written permission.

CK 444's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
